9 e! Z, y3 e! M4 F乐队成员MikeKerr（25）作为主唱和贝斯手和鼓手BenThatcher（26）在2013年组建乐队后，在Kerr结束了他在澳大利亚的工假两天后，乐队迎来了他们的第一次现场演出。2013年夏季，ArcticMonkeys鼓手MattHelders还在六月的GlastonburyFestival音乐节穿着支持RoyalBlood的T恤，这时RoyalBlood第一首单曲还没有发行。接下来在2013.11.11乐队发行了首张单曲“OutoftheBlack”,以及B-side的“ComeOnOver”。

$ U4 \7 f' \ E$ ZUnashamedly loud, the duo were given an early boost by Arctic Monkeys’ drummer Matt Helders, who wore one of their t-shirts during the band’s televised headline set at Glastonbury this summer. Royal have since been signed to support the Monkeys at their massive, outdoor Finsbury Park shows next year.
